Hello, my name is Wayne Sclesky. I began photography in 1997. At the time it was merely a hobby. I had just graduated with a double major in biology and psychology. My plans at the time were to become a physician assistant, which my wife is. Needless to say I fell in love with photography and decided to pursue it as a career. I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. I knew that is I was going to pursue fashion and beauty photography I would have to move to a larger market.

I did just that in January of 2005. I moved to the always interesting Miami, FL. While I had good success in Miami, It wasn't the right city for me. In March of 2006 I decided that I was going to move back to Kansas City and then pick a new big city. In the process of doing that I "re-met" my now wonderful wife (we went to high school together). After living in Kansas City for a few years we decided it was time for a change. I wanted a city that was within 3 hours of New York City. We found the easy access to the country in York to be ideal.

We only lasted 10 months in York, PA. We are now back in Kansas City close to our family and good friends. And here we will stay for a long time...unless we win the lottery of course!
